Replying to 911 fuckups

i dont know if this has been posted, but i will anyway. A few days ago, a young boy's mother passed out on the floor, and the boy called 911. He was immediatly repremanded for "prank calling" the police. He was disconected, but called back again. A new operator picked up, and proceeded to do the same. The operator then sent a police officer ot the boys house to repremand him personally, only to find his dead mothers body on the floor. What the fuck is wrong with people?
