im lookin at university of northern colorado for school next year but i havent visited it or anything yet. just wondering if anyone goes there or lives in the area and what its like. chill place, cool town?
I go to the university of Colorado at boulder (originally from jersey) and i love it here. I've never been to UNC or checked out the town but if you can go to school in colorado i would definitley say do it. best time of your life.
Eh its better, best guy to girl ration in the state, and decent academics, though not par with either CU or CSU, probably closer TO UCD. Its seems to be a very localized school, lots of HS cliques seems to follow themselves up. Farther from skiing than most. There ya go
About 25 minutes further than CSU, and an hour further than CU or DU.
If you're dead set on UNC for other reasons, its not like you're going to hate going there. I just believe that CU and CSU are a lot more fun and are in better cities.
yeah i go to csu, and we get winds from greely that smell like cow crap, so you would have to deal with that all the time. i like fort collins, but if you are more into a city esque atmoshphere you should go to du or cu.
UNC has a lot of fucking mexicans that will steal your shit and want to fight everyone. It is pretty far from skiing and traffic on 25 sucks balls. There are no mountians so it is very flat. I know a few kids that go there and I have gotten drunk there a hand full of time. If you are looking for a ski school go to fort lewis in durango. If you want tail and to get drunk go to CSU UNC if you want good academics go to CU and take a real major. (film is not a real major) and there are lots of hot girls at CU it is by far the best colorado university. If you want a lot of money when you graduate and to be the closest real college to the mountians go to CSM there are no girls here and it is lame party atmosphere but close to everything less than 1/2 hour to CU and downtown.
Yeah life a CSM is pretty much about working harder now, to make more straigh out of college. Example a CSU econ graduate makes an average of around 29,000 a year, mines the average is around 50,000
