yea all the stuff for last years videos he was rocking oakley and dynastar. but now he is on ninthward skis and cloths, troyan gloves, and VZ eye wear.

I never thought his style was as good as everyone says it was. "ohh that switch 10 blunt was sooo sick." sure it was a good switch ten, considering the year, but nothing else i've ever seen from him in any movie is that good at all...

it may not be the most technical tricks, but half the time they are the most tech, and look at his movements when hes doing these tricks. he doesnt flinch at all. like laura said, he perfected style. watch strike 3, he lipslides this rail in vail by only moving his knees, his cork 5's are so effortless, i myself wonder how he goes cork

Why you say that? never seen it but would like to. Mik D and JF have always interested me due to their lack of days on the mountain and uncanny skillz. I heard Mik only got like 15 days on skis last year, love to see anybody throw down with so little skiing.

Just because he isn't in any movies and some kid says he hasn't been skiing much does not mean he doesn't love the sport you idiot. Look at Seth, he only gets out a few times every month and skiing is his passion.

He's ok, but not as good as many skiers today in terms of style (Pep, Maher, TJ, Jon, Dumont, Hall etc. etc.)

People like him because of the lame gangster image that they also rep and it makes them feel good that a pro skier does the same thing. They won't admit it but that's the real reason people like this guy, it validates their suburban gangster image.

Yes, but the image Mikael chooses to present is that he's a badass gangster, not that he loves to ski. Seth, on the other hand, tells people he loves to ski and lets them know he knows that he's lucky to ski everyday. Mikael just doesn't seem to care

Seth doesn't get to ski so many times every month because he is in extreme conditions, waiting for the weather to let him drop in.

and to the kid right above me, im sure you love the sport as much as anybody. i only got to ski 10 days this year, like last year, and i love to ski. but he's a pro skier. he's bound to be ABLE to ski more than 15 times a year. the fact that he doesn't can tell you something.
