ive only heard some of his new stuff but ive also got to listen to a bit of his band on live phish radio which is sweet, i highly recommend it, and i will be seeing more at 10klf this summer which i cannot wait for!

trey is a selfish sellout. none of his solo shit is that good. he needs to quit wearin all that gay banana republic shit and get back with his band. i've seen him solo live a couple times, most recently at bonnaroo last year. im goin to 10k lakes fest as well, but only for sunday night, cuz mmw is playin, as well as Benevento/Russo duo feauturing Mike G. those are the only bands, in my opinion, worth seeing at that fest.

I don't like Shine or 70 Volts Parade much at all, but it's something trey needs to get out of his system. I'd bet on a Phish reunion. Halloween at the Spectrum (Philly) is the rumor.

dude you cannot call trey a sellout for trying to do his own thing after so many years of playing with the same three guys. He wants to quit doing what everybody is expecting him to do and making his own decisions which i respect him for. i just heard benevento ruso duo featuring mike gordon do an amazing roundabout cover

didn't fish use to be some kinda crazy hippie band? all i knwo is i was with this guy on shrooms at wokr once and i was listenign to sublime back int he day and he was liek man you shit sucks, here's some fish, and it was all trippy out hippie shit.

ok maybe trey isnt a sellout, but hes selfish. you can tell he loves the attention of bein a solo artist. either way hippies suck, alot, most jambands all sound the same, and Phish is one of the greatest bands this world has had the pleasure of listening to.

ok a phish reunion is still a long time coming. they just stopped two years ago, after more than 20 years. they did too many drugs and being phish was not making any of them happy anymore. but i have faith, as a phish fan, that the four of them will play together before my life ends.

but what the fuck do i know? this is all my opinion and you should take none of it seriously.

^phish was not making trey happy anymore, the other three wanted to stay with the band. not did they mention this beore the band broke up, you could tell how they played live in their summer '04 tour, fishman was goin wild at Coventry. its all trey's fault, and his solo shit sucks.

They needed to break up to get rid of all the hanger-ons and to clear their heads. The "phamily" was getting into the thousands. Plus the blow and OCs didn't help them. The break up needed to accomplish what the hiatus didn't. And from what I can tell, it has already done that. That's why I think they'll be back soon. They are all still friends, and obviously want to play together again (Mike and Trey acoustic tour, all the sit-ins). They'll be back soon, if not halloween.

dont fuckin debate with me. I AM GOD. you need to respect that. PAGE, not Paige, did have kids and side projects, but still wanted to stay together w/phish.

if trey wanted to stay with the band, the band would still be playing.

Page was not about to instigate the break up, therefore it was Trey's fault.

and yes, it was more complicated than how i'm portraying it, im being blunt. either way if it wasnt for trey, the band would still be rockin out.

then again, who the fuck listens to Phish and hippie music anyways.
