Replying to Oakley Warranty

Okay, I sent my A-Frames back to Oakley on the 13th of February. I hada warranty number given to me when I called asking them about it, plus I included a letter with all the information on it when I mailed it. I have not heard anything from oakley yet, and I'm wondering if they call? or how long they usually take? Or if they just replace the product and return it without telling?
