Scratch removal?

my ipod is very very scratched. i tried "nexxtech mp3 doctor" but it only made it worse. any good products out there?

if you continue to be curious, google toothpaste and ipod. depends how deep your scratches are. mine got out.

actually, i've heard from like 39247 (2) people that boiling your ipod does work. but are they water resistant?? i'd like to know myself.

as for the toothpaste thing, i bet it works..because i use toothpaste on watches and shit and it works like a charm.

i usually boil anything that i'm having a problem with, such as my knee which has a brand new acl and isn't very strong yet, or the other day my phone wasn't working to well, so i just boiled the shit out of it and then when i picked it up it molded to my hand so now i have a phone customely fit to my hand. Its pretty nice. I' don't really know, maybe boiling does actually work.

toothpaste is a abbrasive compound so it might help remove some of the scratches, but i could also possibly make them worse
