Rabbit Hill is right in Moncton. I've never been there myself but one of my roomates claims the park is pretty cool.
Calgreezy isn't far away, they have COP right in the city which has a sick-rad park for a little hill and BOBSLEDS.
You can keep going a few hours into the mountains where you have access to the Banff hills (Sunshine, Lake Louise, Kananaskiss (sp)) and then keep going eeeeeeeeeeeeven farther to hit up Kicking Horse. There is some sick terrain, but there is a bit of a drive involved.

well in my opinion rabbit is the best hill close-by. its about a 20 minute drive for me. decent park for the size of the hill.
then theres blow valley, oops i mean snow valley. the park is pretty shitty. less than 5 rails set up at a time.2 jumps
and theres sunridge and edmonton ski club, but i havent skied at either of them

i think sunridge is actually a reclaimed lanfill, i could be wrong tho. but rabbit does get some good hicks visiting, wearing jeans, flannel, rear entry boots etc.

well snow valley is right in edmonton, but the park is rarely good, rabbit hill is about 20 mins out of edmonotonn and ushually has a pretty sick park, then there sunridge wich has a medoker park, esc is more for mougle skiers and the good jumps a closed and only the free ride team can use em. then a few hours drive away is marmot basin and banff (lake louise, sunshine, wistler, blackcob) but those are 3-4 hours away depending on whos driving

LOL Whistler/Blackcomb are about an hour from Vancouver without traffic, and Vancouver is about 10 hours from Banff if you don't stop and good weather (in the winter).
