I've seen this on other sites and it is very successfull.
Having where members can make their own polls as a thread would be very fun, and it would also eliminate the old, trouble maker vs. Public Enemy thread. (old i know)
having a forum where each thread was a poll, made by members would be fun and benefictal to NS's community.
