What does it mean?

try to play some quicktime videos and it says "quicktime is missing some of the software needed to run the operation and unfortunately it is not currently available on the website" or something like that. i just downloaded the latest version and it still wont work. please help me

i would try just uninstalling it completely and reinstalling the newest version

I think that happens to me but I just click yes and I've never had a problem for just watching videos
