Yeah i am the same it takes me forever to fall asleep! my mind is always buzzing with stuff and it takes me along time to relax.

i read old ski mags and i have the radio on at the lowest volume so i can't hear any words, it just sounds like people wispering next to my bed. kinda scary, but it helps me fall asleep. i also have a fan on at all times no matter what temperature, cause i need noise to go to sleep.

it takes me like 2-3 hours to fall asleep most nights. It's terrible. Last night I slept for maybe 2 hours and that might be pushing it and I was trying to fall asleep from 1 on. It basically sucks.

10 minute relaxation yoga. you can buy dvds or get shit off the net. it really helps. even though you may feel easy going when you are trying to fall asleep. subconciously your nervous and your mind is elsewhere. yoga directs your whole body towards your breathing and really calms your body. try it. 1 cup of green/camamele (sp) tea and 10 minutes of relaxation and you will be out.

uh.
if i have to wake up at 7am it doesnt matter...im still up til at least 3.
if i try to sleep any earlier than that, i just end up feeling rested and stay awake til 5 or 6 am.
it takes me an hour to pass out at least, and when i do, i wake up many times throughout the night.
i've tried pulling all nighters to see if it makes me pass out earlier the next night..but nope...sooo doesn't even work.

Man late at night after you just smoked 2 blunts, and countless bowl of danks, your just wide awake? I want to pass out at midnight or so when I'm blazed. I didnt go to bed until 130 last night straight. That sucked.

sleeping is overrated...you should try the da vinci sleep cycle, you end up sleeping for a total of like 4 hours a day but broken up into 20 min naps spread throughout a 24 hour period. scientists and really smart people use it so they can be super productive.

i have the same issue though, When im tired I go to bed and lie there exhausted for hours, totally sleepless. I've tried basically every single suggestion on this list over the past seven years and the only thing that works is getting hammered. but then you wake up hungover.

my best friend can fall asleep whenever wherever. she'll come over to my house and we'll be watching tv and it's only six o clock and she'll be dead asleep. then her phone will ring she'll talk for a few minutes and go right back to sleep, it's crazy i wish i could do it.

i take at least an hour to fall asleep everynight. and i just sit there getting more and more pissed off, thus keeping myself awake.
