Does ski stiffness matter in the pipe?

I was just wondering if have a super soft ski is a disadvantage in the pipe.. Mine are soft but not soft like say t-hall spnce or dogens.. Any info would be good cheers!

i personaly think its a preference
but stiffer skis(in my opinion are better for je pipe

yea, its pretty much all preference, but in general, a good pipe ski will have a fairly stiff, snappy tail so you can pop high out of the pipe

yea nice fairly stiff tail is the way to go, tho i have taken fujis in the pipe and not really minded it...too flexy for me in the pipe but line chornics dominate in the pipe, especially last years

as long as it has a stiff tail so u can get some good pop, personaly i like a stifer ski, but i ordered a pair of armada pipe cleaners and heard there on the softer side so i duno.....
