will it work with a regular 39 cent stamp or do i need more to get it there?

and also. will a 51 cent stamp get it from ontario to montreal?

also, it will be more then 39 cents from states. probably like a buck or something.

I was told that US stamps should work. the mail meter I have said it would cost 0.63 cents to send from the US to canada, two stamps just to make sure.
