Exporting with final cut. help

whenever i try exporting with final cut pro hd the quality is either really shitty or it takes about an hour for like a minute of footy. does anyone have any advice?

export to iPod. That seems to be the best for size and quality without having to figure out a bunch of different settings. Plus people can watch it on their iPod!?!WE

im having the same problem actually i think it works the best if you export it using the .dvi function. turns out the best quality and quickest time that i have found so far.

use quicktime conversion. If you've installed the latest updates you should have it. Unless you're on an old version of osx or something.
