Replying to Cleaning a down jacket without a washing machine?

I have a helly hansen code down jacket that is the light tan color and it has gotten some stains on it from regular use. It also has a hole under the armpit and is leaking feathers, so i dont think washing it in a washing machine would be a good idea until i get it fixed.

Are there any like jacket cleaning products that you dont have to wash in? I am trying to get out like dirt, grease, and some small blood stains.
