i have had my first season in 5 or 6 without any injuries, i tweaked my knee a bit but still ski'd and that was it. not like my busted heel, thumbs, tailbone, ankle, or other minors, best season in a long time!
We had a pretty good season here in Montana, aside from rain in december and a couple warm streaks. Right now we're sitting on a 92" base at Bridger; normally at this time of the year it's around 50-60". I'm not going to complain about this season!
where i live (east coast) it rained in december, twice in january, and once in february...and friday it was 27 ÂșC outside, no joke...
i still managed to improve in the park, but didnt get to go in the rockies this year....so my winter sucked,, i had to ask everyone for lifts to the mountain..
and many ppl died on the slopes this year....
Well...i dont know if its the best season ever, for me
Well mine isnt over yet. but its been a pretty awsome season. I have gotten to a point where I finally stand out. I got way better at rails and I got my comfortable with grabbing in the air while spinning. Which is great. and my injuries are only a couple concussions so far and being sick for 2 weeks. GREAT SEASON.
as usaual i broke my thumb at the bigining of the season so i got to ski with a cas for the firs part of the year and i also rained alot to the point that i thought skiing wasant going to happen. but apart from that i had an amazing season
im dissapointed w/ my season in general. bad snow all year and i didnt push myself enough to learn the stuff i wanted to. well, theres always next year.
ya my season was a disappointing one...didnt land the tricks i wanted to didnt reach any of my season goals and only went skiin about 17 times...kinda dissappointing...but those 2 pow days really helped out...im feelin next year is goin ot be the best yet
oh ya i improved so much, last year i could do 180's over the smalles tjumps and thought i was the shit, and went stright onto boxes, now i can do 7's and kink rails.... as for injuries, just a massive concussion last monday and had to go to the hospital.
This is easily the best season ever for me, finally moved west to CO from NY and have had so many epic days I cant count em, and I just got back from Silverton and that was easily the best day of my life, I didnt know powder like that existed
