Im looking at the 2006 Atomic Deviants for next year. Ill be getting the 181's and centermounting them. I rode 179 Public Enemies this season.
Has anyone ever ridden the Deviants? If so, can I get some info? Thanks.
Deviants are more of an entry level ski from what I have heard. They are atomic obviously, and they hold up quite well. if I were you, I'd wait for the 06-07 atomic lineup, which is gonna be ubersick, or go with a different ski. But it all depends on your size, ability and what type of ski you're looking for. Just my $.02
i'd just save the cash and wait another year. but if you're getting new skis, definatly go wider, even if you have no pow. try the volkl karmas, or something in that range. wider is where the sport is going
i think its kind of nice that atomic is still offering a narrower park ski, as is dynastar. for those of us on the east coast who are lucky enough to own two pairs of skis, having a wider, all mtn twin, and a narrower park twin works out pretty well. you dont need a 90mm waist ski to ride a solid ice park.
