I saw the movie "Walk the Line", and thought it was o.k. But I really liked the music. Now I dont normally like this type of music, but Johnny Cash was soooo good. His attitude seams like it was waaaaay ahead of his time. What do you think?
yeah, he had some pretty tight stuff. actually worth listening to, unlike most country music. you should check out his live prison albums from folsom and san quentin. pretty good.
i love johnny cash... the first time i listened to him, i thought he was boring..but it kinda grew on me and now i like him. I still haven't seen "Walk The Line" but i've heard a lot of people say its really good.
Johnny Cash was a music pioneer, he was able to cross genres of music and make it his own. In Walk the line the best part was after he detoxed, he went to his label and told them he wanted to do a live prison album. They did't want to do the idea, but he says I'm gonna be a Folsom any way. Love his who gives a shit attitude, he never walked anyones line. rock on
definitely. he was a rocker for his time, and i love him. the movie was decent, but i think it focused way too much on his drinking, too many scenes of him just being depressed.
Jonhy Cash is the man. plain and simple. he basicly has influenced every country artist since. he's a legend. i thought the movie was well done and very interesting.
