yeah, i took off my passenger door panel in my 1995 plymouth neon this morning to investigate an apparant blown speaker. well, i have found the cause. my speaker was really wet, and if you know anything about anything, you know that water+electronic devices=bad. so what do i do before i buy a new pair of speakers?

Oh yea and Nick the weather strip on my neaon is shitty. If I turn on my wipers with the window down, the water drips onto my leg. The worst is the wiper fluid that pours in on my when I use it

maybe try some cocking. or you could go and ask a mechanic or someone who might know what to do. Like NAPA.

Fix the leak at the source first, you definently dont want water in your door. Then go ebay some new speakers.

just redo the entire stripping for that door u can just go to an auto parts store or online and just buy like a little/big roll of it and alot of it some with adhesive already on it u just pull the strip off and aply, its not complicated unless u have A.D.D. or some bulshit like that.
