Watching Tv on comp?

Hey my boss ask me a question and im not sure the answer so i came to NS to see if anyone knows. Can you watch a tv program that you missed on the computer, he wants to watch CNBC Asia but im not sure if they do that?

Its def possible. prop even on their own website. But just search at google for ''watch missed programms'' or something. I'm from Holland and we have a lot of websites that offer u this kind of things.

Well, you can download tv shows, if you can find someone who has uploaded it. However, the legallity of this is questionable.

Another option is to turn your comp into a DVR. All you need is a TV Tuner card a program to capture the video. I'm not sure how much your boss wants to invest in this. It won't cost that much money but it may take some time. I haven't done it yet, but I plan to in the near future.
