So, I contacted HP via email about this problem. No help there. I try calling their support line this morning and I think I am finally about ready to get some help when the guy says "Im sorry, your ipod is not under warranty. If you still want support you will be charged $45 for the call. So now I am torn between new skis or a new iPod. The skis are looking much better now.
like 15 of my friends have ipods, and 12 of them have broken, whether its the screen or the hard drive, or the battery, or if it just doesant turn on. so they seem to have lotsss of problems. mind you the other 3 people of the 15 treat them very carefully and there still intact, but there only like 3 months old.
when your devices own a 70% market share, you're gonna hear about more of them breaking. It's proportional to how many Sony, Dell, or Creative mp3 players break, but the number itself is higher. Whoop dee fucking doo.
exactly. I run two electronics stores, and i have never had more problems than with Zen Micros. Either the HDD takes a shit, of the headphone jack dies after a couple weeks. I am talking DOZENS of these things have had to go back.
