they overcharged my fucking credit card, when i got my bill today, my credit card was charged $196 and it shoul dhave been 170. Im fucking pissed.

i emailed them... and he wrote back cuz he saw this post, not because of my email, and he said they will never let me buy from them again...
and then he said they charged an extra $15 for a wide brake -- and he said nothing about the remaining like $9 that they overcharged me. I am still mad, its the fact of the matter now. they need to tell you what they charge you for.

i really doubt someone from customer service @ dynastar was on the website and read your post. I think they have many other things to be doing. And i doubt they said they would 'never let you order from them again'. Maybe you should move to vermont like me and live 15 Mins from the office and the wearhouse then things might be a little easier for you. But dont go ragging on dynastar ive seen the way they run and its a tight ship.

no shit shipping is extra asshole, next time read the entire post before you talk. i added shipping and all, they emailed me today and said they did overcharge me by $10 and they will correct it.
So they took care of it. They were nice to me, well at least the intern that took care of it was very nice.
Andy from dynastar that emailed me now, he was sorta mean.
But the person that wrote me today was very nice.
