06/07 PE's or Silencers

I am about 5'10 150 pounds and looking to buy new skis for next season. i like K2 and can't decide between the PE's or the Silencers. I ski about 50% park and 50% all mountain.

Do you guys think that with the Silencers being 5mm thinner that they would be "chatty" at higher speeds.
