Off Season Ski workout/diet?

ok my season had basically ended (other than a camp), Whats a workout to do? I have a gym membership and didnt go at all in the winter becuase if i had time to go to the gym i would just go ski, so i will go to the gym but i think i should do something else too any suggestoins? i wanna have a really really good season next winte

I keep myself entertained, I bike, rock climb, rollerblade and go water ramping. I don't follow a particular diet nor do I pay attention to time.

My diet and workout routine.
Diet:no saturated fats, simple sugars, fast food, etc.
Workout: Gym 5 days a week, consisting of 2.6 k running, whatever muscle group i'm working on that day, 15 mins on bike, 10 laps in pool.
