ANY chance of a warrenty??

well, i set my ipod down on a beanbag and went to bed one night with a few guys over, and when i woke up the outside and inside screens were broken, is there any chance of getting a warrenty quick?

o yea, and i dont have any of the papers with all the warrenty info on them

you dont need the warrenty papers just go to the site and follow the warrenty steps and when it says explain whats wrong with your ipod just type in that it froze one night and it hasnt worked since, dont tell themvthe screws broke and then they should send you a box to send in the broken one and get a new one

but would they really send me a new one when something smashed the screen and it wasn't a manufatuers defect or something

yeah they replace that. i was using my friend's nano one day... we all decided that it would be a great idea to lay ontop of eachother in this snow pile. long story short, the screen was all jacked and cracked to hell and back. he sent it back and they sent him a new one, no questions asked.

hahaha i remember with my player (RCA RD2850A) i was using the car plug on a trip to montreal and it completely fried the player. the battery started discharging and it started to smoke hahaha. they sent me a new one no questions asked aswell

my friend sent got his ipod warrentied and they did it but it took like 6 months for a new one to come
