my intire crew waited for his ass at the bottem of the hill and beat the shit out of him. i broke his poles agianst a tree, and we snapped one of his skis. fucker got uppercutted so much. he was bleeding from his eyes and shit, crying like a little pussy. i busted out a body slam on his ass and broke both of his arms. the ski patroler broke up the fight and clipped all of our tickets. we where gonna beat the shit out of the patroller but my mom came to pick us up.

Winter Olympics got me interested in tricks so I came onto the internet and saw all the cool things people were doing on sasfilms.com and this site. Bought my first pair of twins this summer and skiied more times this season than probably all times before combined.

definetely the 360 mute grab in the olympics. everybody talks shit about moseley now but that jump way back when blew me away. I was beginning to get BORED with skiing and that jump opened my eyes back up to how much fun you could have skiing. and i still like moseley. he's mister hollywood, he makes skiing look cool to the masses.

i was looking through the magazine rack at some store, and saw the FREEZE photo annual, with JP Auclair i think it was on the cover, maybe it was douglas- at any rate, after that i got so stoked on 'newschool' and started learning more about it, and the rest is history!

for me tho it was my best friend steve. he took me skiing early season 4 years ago and i skid that day only that year so during the summer i saved all my money for a pair of 1080 groms b/c i wanted to jump sice i could jump on blades. so after a bit of getting used to jumping and shit i switch them in for the LINE 1260 (orange w/ d.j. scratching) and used those the rest of the year and met FREEZE1080 and he taught me all the tricks i know and hes like another best friend and w/o him id prolly stil be learning how to do 3's and 2 years later im here.. i try to get everyone into skiing at my hill b/c its so fun for me.. the park is the only thing we have here and moguls but every now and then when we gte pow i go to one of the secret trails.. ahha its all good

I got into newschool because I got tired of doing cossacks and spread-eagles off of mogul jumps. It's something else to do, ripping a race course or shredding pow is one thing, but you can take a different line down a park every time. That's also why I like moguls so much, it's never the same run twice.

i hated skiing. Probably because I sucked at it. One time I rented snowblades and it was super easy so I skiied on those the rest of the season. I went off the jumps since just plain skiing on a hill with 150 feet of vertical isn't fun. I realized how limited you were with snowblades so I got some 1260's.

I started as a racer, then went to the freestyle team at mount snow. But then I saw some people throwing some real nice stuff so I stopped that after a year and started the newschool stuff. Best decision I ever made.

yea, had skiboards cause they seemed fun, loved skiing in general but i was poor and i lived in jersey, and then saw how cool the park was at my local mountain and saw some ski movies, so i bought some twins

i skied all my life, but for newschool... my brother was always on ns.com... actually he was one of the originals i think... and then later in the year i came on here and looked around and it all looked well and fun so i tried, loved it and got myself some good skis.

i actually got in to it like 4-5 years ago. i was the first one at my mountain to even use a twin and everything. i guess i just kinda picked it up gradually. i had always loved moguls. i almost became a mogul skier actually. when i was looking for new skis it was a tossup between k2 outlaws and 1080's. i took the 10's and never looked back.

been skiing since I was 3.. did the mogul and race thing till I was about 11 and then began watching the snowboarders going off. I was like hey man I can do that too. Just started fooling around and tried some tricks.. Never really made the quick transition..

I was a snowboarder, and then realized how much faster, bigger, and stylish things looked on skis. It also seemed natural since I came from a Rollerblading background. So for the past three seasons, I have only been on skis. (also, the last time I was on a snowboard, I slipped on a rail and had to go to the hospital in breck.)

well I started when my friend skierdave87 went to a camp with me, and asked me if i ski. At the time i skiied on 170 fishers with plastic bindings. He told me about line's super sale and convinced me to get the skogs for 150, later those delamed and i got mike nick 171s, those edges cracked due to rails, and now i just got the bc's so here i am today.

i've been skiing my whole life, and i started into the newschool thing when i saw a boarder throw a huge misty flip over a 60 foot kicker. i was like. . dude, how come i can't do that. And there i was for the rest of the year, learning how to do 3's adn starting rails. I've never looked back and just bought myself some Public Enemy's after my last twin-tips broke. Newschool is fun, and it's great to have people staring at you when you bust out some insane new trick.
