Don't look at just "park" boots. Get a decent all mountain boot that fits you and has the flex you're looking for. Head S8, Salomon X-Wave 8 (or whatever they're called now) or Atomic B7 are fairly soft and a wide fit (the Atomic B series is a specificly wide fit and is pretty much the widest boot on the market right now). S10/S12, X-Wave 9/10 or B11 are the stiffer versions of these.
There is nothing special about "park" boots. A good footbed will do far more for your shock absorbsion than any "shock absorbing bootboard" can. Something that fits well shouldn't give you shin problems even on heavy landings.
