plywood will work ok if its real cold outside.(below freezing at least) if not it will be sticky and suck. my cheap ass home 'mountain' has two funboxes made of wood.

lexan is damn expensive, when I made my double kinked I used teflon, and its working pretty well, my buddy used polyeurothane (sp?) and it chipped pretty badly..
