Where should I lubricate my bindings, and how offten should i do it?

that's probably melted snow mixed with some mouldy foot scode out of your boots.

Nah not sure aye, there might be something on them but if you were meant to lube them then they would have told you about it dude.

its called grease, dont touch it, only lube your weiner, nothing else

the grease is there so you got some good pivot action in your heel piece. for the amount of times you pop your bindings you don't need it. if you do go to your local shop and get an opinion

Yeah, Before each season, just check if there is any, if there isn't then go get some from your local shop. Because bindings do come with lube on them.
