FIRST I THINK YOU SHOULD TAKE OFF YOUR CAPLOCKS. then slap yourself in the face because the mothership wouldnt be very good at all. if you want a line ski for the east and never see powder get the maverick, 1260, mike nick pro, or skogens. pretty much any ski except for the mothership

wider doesnt mean they're bad- remember, 'wider is better' haha, like tubgirl, but seriously, if you don't care about the extra weight and you're skiing on somewhat soft snow all the time (maybe nonexistent in the east?) then the motherships wouldnt be too bad- not the best, mind you, but they would be stable. try and demo first, see what fits you.

they're dope everywhere including the park as long as the snow is at least somewhat soft but in ice they're sketchy as hell. If you live in the east I'd get something else.

You can ride the Motherships in the east. Plenty of guys tele on the Jak (Karhu's version of the Mothership) in the NE with no problems. Those things are so fat, they will float in 3' of fresh.
