creatine is for people who want an easier path. muscle/weight gain can be done without any supplementation, including creatine, you just have to eat hard, lift hard, and sleep hard.
that's all it takes. you'll feel a lot better, both physically and mentally if you go dry, but it's up to you.
i'm not asking for a lecture on not taking creatine, im simply asking if anyone knows someone who has taken it or taken it themselves and what they thought of it. thanks
Creatine is not steroids and does not make your penis smaller or make you grow man boobs. It is very useful if you want to pack on as much muscle as you can, accompanied by a serious routine of heavy lifting and the proper diet. Stop spewing shit on a topic you guys are completely ignorant about.
so maybe u know about that stuff its called like..ah like something 45 some like protein shake mixture my trainer says he want me to start on it and i dont know shit about it.
I don't know about that exact product. If it's just a protein shake, it's completely benign and a cornerstone of anyones diet who is trying to build muscle. If you haven't been working out way hard for a year or two then it's not worth it to use much else.
haha im down with beeing in shape but fuck if i want to look like the hulk. Im glad im not buff, it attracts slutty ugly hick bitches, im toned but fuck if im getting any bigger, i dont want the Hiv.
creatine is only good for short time spans. its really effective, but it doesnt actually build muscle, just makes you "really strong" for a short period of time.
not true at all... creatine does have a lot of water retention that seems to cause this effect.. all you have to do is keep on working out hard and you will maintain the strength that you gained while taking creatine.
so no one knows of purple k? i did some research on it and they said that it does not cause water retention, which was what i really was wondering about... i always thought that the water retention was why creatine worked so well, i'm not sure about that part though
