So i came off the ljump pad and.....

yeah so i was in the park on saturday and i stopped at the top when out of nowhere come this pack of boarders, they were all pretty bad (the type that would just ride overe the lip of the kicker instead of jumping it) so i waited till i thought they were all clear(like 10 minutes) and went. I hit the first step down straight just to get a fell for it first thing in the morning. As i came up to the second jump pad i set myself to spin it, i came off nice had my 3 complete and looked at my landing and there he was some snowboarder sitting right on the landing. i came down and clipped his board. I went down and he came with me. I was wicked pissed off becasue number one he was sitting there number two i could not complete my jump.
Does this happen to people a lot during the day?
Usually i go at night casue i work during the day and they park isn't crowded at night.

Same thing happened to my friend did a 3 over about a 40 footer and bam there was a snowboarder just chillin in the landing my friend clipped his board and went flying he bitched out the snowboarder. It was pretty funny.

every mountain has its gapers, especially a lot of summit county resorts cause of the many denver and texan yuppies who come up and love to just sit on the deck of the keystone jumps

at my hill we had kids like that but they learn...first we yell and tell them to move there ass out of the way and some kids dont...well i did a 540 and stomped my landing but it was funner than normal i took out 4 kids on my switch ride away and they stood to the side of the jump and let us go first next time....we hate kids like that cause they make every single lip and landing horrible cause they all go in like 3 mph too slow

Yeah it happens on occassion, more often it's the gapers just cutting me off and rolling over the lip or hanging out on the deck. But yea that sucks, I'm pushing for park passes next year... hopefully that will atleast minimize the problem. Anyone know the details behind park passes and how the work?

stuff like that happens to me all the time...im heading for the jump when all of a sudden some little kid cuts in front of me and dosn't even have enough speed to make it up the jump.....that pisses me off

That happened to me when I was first starting to ski park. I hit about a 30 yr old boarder sitting on the landing. Well, clipped his board and cartwheeled bout 4 times. Total yard sale. All the guy said as I was stomping back up toward him was "Hehe, that was gnarly bro, are you ok?"
I then ran at him screaming "YOU EVER FUCKING SIT THER AGAIN AND I'LL FUCKING KILL YOU!" His face drained of color and he looked like he thought I was gonna hit him. probably the first time he was scared shitless of a 16 yr old kid.

i skied at a tiny hill were a lot of kids are just started in the jumping scene and most of them do the roll over the lip thing and sit on the landings but are park is really small and you can see all the landings from the top so if you yell they move.

I like to jump to the sides of kids who cut infront of me and like hit em with my pole or something. But they'll always be there. I jumped over a kid once because like it was a cheese wedge jump and he didnt know there was drop after the lip and like fell. I 180 and yelled at him at the same time.

this 10-12 year old fell on a jump a few weeks ago, so i go over to see how he is doing. i get his stuff that fell off, bring it to him, and i ask how he's doing. he's crying so i just stand their with him until he's all good. i keep asking him if he's alright and he doesnt answer. then he gets his ski on and leaves. doesn't even acknowledge that i was there. that's annoying stuff right there

I did a 5 one time and there were these dumb snowboarders sitting at the bottom of the landing so just before I was going to revert I clipped them and chipped the tip of my ski. It could have been a lot worse though

a couple of weeks ago i was doin a 3 over the last jump in our park and this old guy decided to cut across the landing. When i came around at the end of my rotation my tails hit him on the arm. this sent me right to the ground but no serious damage. the guy was appologetic so it was chill. i just told him to watch out cause it could have been MUCH worse...

Haha I fell off a rail that was 5ft. above the ground ontop of a girl and some of her cool boarder friends doing that. They didn't want to move, so I made a bad one. But yeah they where all apologizing saying stuff like, "Oh I'm sorry about that!"
"I bet you would have cleaned it if we wheren't sitting there." Which was suprising because one of my skis jabbed into the girl's lower back.

There was this blader sitting right on the inrun to a jump so I hiked up a bit higher so I could turn around him and still clear the jump and when I passed him I "accidentally" hit him in the face with my pole.
