whats the difference between a safety grab and indy grab?

an indy is when you cross your skis, and a saftey is when you don't cross them, but otherwise they're the same.

i think a indy is the same thing as a safety and all but a phil grab isn't the same. a phil grab is a lui kang where u kick the ski ur not grabbing inside / under the ski u are grabbing.

indy: you tuck your body and grab the ski under your boot with the arm that his on the same side as the ski.
safety:you tuck your body and grab the ski under your boot with the arm that his on the same side as the ski.

Yeah, in that respect, snowboarders are cooler than us. I just say 'yeah, I'm gonna do a grab now'. Just call it a grab, who cares what kind it is. The only main ones that you should care about are Mute, Tail, Japan, Lui Kang and Safety. Everything else is just getting too technical.

they are the same dude. it doesn't mater if you cross them or not... the grab is still the same...
and a phill grab is diferent.... it isn't just crossed, the ungrabed ski is kicked under the grabed one.

all grabs should be called grabs and everything else should be explained soley by flippy spinny thingy, ie. 900 grab flipey spiney thing, thats all I really need to know

OK you fools lissen up, because my words are the words of the wise. An Indy is when you grab your wiener and and unbuckle your right boot. A safty grab is when you hit a 5-foot 'hit' and reach down and touch your skis, then fall and recieve severe head truma. A phils grab done by crossing 'X' ski OVER 'Y' ski using 'X' hand. Got it you spitwads?
