Replying to Mountain / Urban Bike Looking For Ideas

Im in the market for a bike, just looking for some suggestions.

Last summer my work gave me a Brodie Thumper Duel Suspension to ride. That basicly the only good bike i have ridden.

I think i want a hard tail and here is where i mostly ride:

Urban - Jumping Stairs, manuals, jibbing baciclly, need somthing light and ollie's good, and won't brake.

Alot of Cross-Country riding, but i want to get into a little more downhill, but nothing serouis nothin that i'll need a dual suspension $2500 bike for.

Suggestions?
