No screw, there's a metal tab behind the heel. When the boot is clicked in, the arrows on the tab should be within the scribe marks on the mouting track.
bingo. use a screwdriver and lift the tab to slide the heelpiece forward or back. it's basically trial and error. move it up or back a notch, clip the boot in, and continue to do this until the little marks on the tab are centred. it's hard to explain, but if you check it out, you'll understand.
Your toe piece has to be properly set up before you can adjust the forward pressure. If your wings aren't properly set up, then your forward pressure is gonna be off.
The wings have to be set so that your boot has 3 points of contact on the toe piece (1 point in the front, 2 on the wings).
