Jibberish camera angles

so anyways im watchin some of the videos and they all have these fancy camera angles. So i look into it and find out there is a tutorial video. However, this tutorial video is in some format called RAR and i cant play that on any of my movie playing programs like windows media player, and quicktime. Could somebody PLEASE put this tutorial video on putfile, i will be your best friend
