Now i know i'll get a lot of smart ass comments about stretching buttholes and such but I was wondering if anyone stretches before they ski. I used to do it all the time for running but never have done it for skiing.
Should your muscles be tight so you can do the explosive moves required for skiing or is it better to be loose? I'm really sore because i've been skiing a lot and wanted to know if stretching would help.
