get alot of air, and get good at doing mutes without spinning, and then just combine it

i can cross em just not big, and it feels/looks like im hucking it. like how can i make it look more fluent and stuff? just grab and pull?

it's just a matter of doing it over and over and over. Work on them piece by piece. Work on spinning smoothly, reaching for the grab, arm position, tweak, etc.

you should start by throwing big 180s and then throw a mute grab or whatever in them because there is less momentum so its easier to grab. once u get grabbing a 180 down spin to 360 5's etc.

i agree with chewy. start with a 180... easy to throw and you can focus on your cross or grab. once you feel good go bigger.
