Just wondering what do you all look for in a pair of jib boots?? Something soft like Rossi soft or maybe something with a higher flew index like the salomon 1080?

companies that have these specific jib boots are simply marketing a soft boot. A lot of park and jib skiers like softer boots, but it all comes down to personal preferance. The 1080 boot is pretty soft, and has a flexing soul. The pro model boot is about the same, just stiffer for more aggressive, or bigger skiers. Boots are tough to get perfect to your foot and style of skiing.
Some people, like myself, cant ski a stiff boot. I get shin bang too easy, however too soft of a boot and i feel unstable, so i found a medium. Best thing you can do is try a stiff boot, like a race boot, then try a freeride boot, which is about in the middle, then if you like them softer, go with the 'jib boot'. The top jib boots are the Lange Concept boot, the 1080 boot, and a similar boot is the rossi Soft series. In the middle are the Lange Banshee 110, the Bandit XX boot, and the Pro Model boot from salomon. Stiffer boots that some bigger or more aggressive riders are in are the Lange 120 Race. Im not sure which model salomon has for the race stock, but im sure it is pretty good.
Let me know if i can help u out some more

i wouldnt say that the pro model is only for bigger skier, but for skier who wants and needs more control.look at tanner, sarah, Cusson, thovex and many more..not that big...but personnaly, i have conformable foam injected liner in my boots..i think its the best thing to have, once you have this, all the boots seem the same.

and yeah..the pro model and the 1080 boots are not the same at all..the Pro model is in a Course shell, and the 1080 is in a X-waves 7 shell. Then, the only difference between the pro and the course is the stifeneess, and the only difeerence btween the X7 and the 1080 is the custoam rubber board under the liner.

i ride the transfers and i really like um. they are hella soft in soft mode, and medium in stiff mode. they have alot of adjustment options on the back. you can adjust lean angle, lock or unlock the boot (standard and freeflex mode) and some other stuff. real comfy liner too.
Lets go skiing

Get a boot that fits you.
A really expensive boot that looks cool, but doesn't fit too well is worse than a shitty boot that fits you very well.
Unless they're Tanner Hall boots, then, well... you get the picture.
