How do I upload pictures?

In my NS thing i dont know how to get pictures or video onto my profile? does anybody know what i mean or how too ?

media-videos-(click the section you want to put your video in)- top left corner, above the video listings, it says add a video, or add a listing or something like that...click it and follow the steps.

everytime i said video..replace it with pictures.

i thought you wanted to upload a video.
