Replying to Problem i have with jibberish

Whenever i load the game, it loads just fine, but the skiers skis are facing somewhat sideways as if he was stopping

problem with this is i can't move, no matter what i try, all i can do is jump in place.

this is pissing me off cause i had it working fine and that game was incredible and now it won't work.
any ideas how to fix it?
