let me you what you guys think. i have heard good and bad hype about both of them. i dropped the stl's from my choices due to the huge amount of bad hype they get even tho i love mine from last years line. i am 6'2" and 160lbs. i am looking mainly at durability, and also at flex difference. THANKS A TON FOR THOSE WHO REPLY AND HELP OUT

I've heard good things about both, never ridden either unfortunatyly. The fujitive is deffinatly for mostly park, not sure about the butterlicious but I think that is to. What kind of terrain do you ski most often?

Ive never been hapier with my 183 STLs and im 6' 2" 175... they butter sooo nicely and have crazy pop. But if i were to deside between those two ID prolly say butters... although Ive never riden them I have riden the Fujatives and they are too soft... I hear that the butters have a crazy pop, as well as a nice butter, and the grafics are dope on ninthwards.

see this is whats making it hard to decide...so many people love and hate em both. i was under the impression that stls were all around softer than fujatives too. someone correct me if im wrong

i have fujative and they kick ass, never ridden ninthwards but ive heard good things about them too. Pretty much everything you'll hear on this site is going to be biased towards whichever pair of skis they have, or it will be someone talking about skis they have never ridden. My advice is to try to ride both of them and if you cant, its your decision, they are both good skis you cant really go wrong

yes^, thats exactly what i think itll come down to cause i know i wont have the chance to ride them both. honestly there arent many bad skis out there, im just looking for the best feel and everything. after talking to a few people who ride ninthward, i think im leaning that way. but, i dont really know. thats why this thread is here

for you i would go for the stls, because steele spence is probably around your build? maybe shorter i dunno but those skis are built specificaly for him aka for you
pep fujas is smaller loves to butter and doesnt stay in the park as much thats why the fujis have like all mtn okness
i dont know anything about the butterlicious except that ahmet rides them?
these are educated guesses from a 15 year old

ive heard nothing but good things about the mik d's but i cant really find them anywhere but ill look. is there much of a difference between the butters and mik d's does anyone know? as for problems with the fugi's i really havent heard much but ive seen some topsheet problems with a few pairs here in the forum and locally (but honestly thats like 3 instances they are all bombproof skis)

My review on the STL's might be a little biased but yeah, they are a lot more lively then the Fujatives in my opinion. My buddy who rides 170 fujatives loves riding my STL's just because of how smooth they ride, and they're poopyness, which surprised me considering this kid was tiny. But the Fuji's i rode were like 179's i think, and they were just to soft considering the kid had just bought them. I figure they would be noodles in no time, yet something tells me since they are K2s this wont happen... but if you wanna be ballsey go with Ninthwards, I just went for STLs based on like 2 reviews and i was sooo happy, so if you go with Ninthwards you might ened up finding what you are looking for. If not just sell them here on newschoolers and buy a dif set of skis. Ninthwards will sell real fast on NS.

thats not a bad idea...what im thinkin of cause my stls are still in ok shape i guess...ill ride those at the beginning of the year and use them for urbans and then hopefully be able to get a pair of this years ninthwards this upcoming fall and save me some money on them. if i cant find any of them then im not about to pay 600 for 07's so ill get the fugi's cause they can be found like anywhere
