Basically you have to create a still image from the images you want from your move, then take them into photoshop, and make a sequence...but just a warning...if you shot with mini dv or anything lower quality, your sequence is going to be shitty
as long as your camera has good frame to frame, pause it where you want to start then just click next frame and still capture the frames you want. and like he said, put it in photoshop and use the opacity to lay them on top of eachother. just make sure the camera didnt move around, so there arent like a bunch of duplicate images sticking out.
