a mute doesnt have to be crossed. You got that all wrong.
Mute - outside edge of right ski with left hand. or vise-versa, mutes can be uncrossed, which look sicker in my opinion.

saftey - grab underneath ur boot
mute - outside edge of right ski with left hand. or vise-versa
critical - grab left ski with right hand on inside edge. or vise-versa
japan - grab on the inside edge of left ski with right hand behind binding. or vise-versa.
tail grab - grab same ski behind the boot, for a "true tail" grab the tip"
blunt - I'm pretty sure it's a true tail on the opposite ski.
nose gab - same as tail, just with the noses.
truck driver - grab outside edge above the boots with both hands on their respective side. For ultimate style, keep legs straight, grab high, and pull to tweak.
japical - grab the inside edge of a ski with both hands, one in front, and one behind the boot.
I can't think of anymore, feel free to add.

safety: grab side of ski
tail: grab tail of ski
nose: grab nose of ski
critical: grab inside edge of lead or following ski.
japan: grab inside of opposite ski behind back of binding behind your back
hutney: grab inside of ski with respective hand.
truck driver: any two handed grab, most commonly double safety.
ninja grab: critical japan
double japan: critical with left hand grabbing inside of lead ski just behind the binding.
parallel: take right (or left) hand to the outside of the left (or right) ski over your knees.
true tail: crossed tail grab with grab on the tail edge
mute: crossed skis grabbing left ski with right hand
taipan: behind and inbetween the legs mute
seatbelt: uncrossed mute
thats pretty much it.

Bunny - Spread with poles on head.
Boner - Spread, stick poles between legs from behind. Also known as the anti cossack!
Asda Price - Spread but with bent knees. hold poles high in one hand, Slap your ass with the other!
The pigeon - Tuck your knees up and flap your 'wings' for extra air!
The dead pigeon - Same, but deliberatly crash upon landing.
