F-ing Frost Bite

so i have it, and it blows, anyone else have it? well anyways how do you guys prevent it? mines getting worse every day i ski it seems!! so bad that today i got a blood blister in my boot from it and it broke open. In fact the tips of my toes (big ones) havent quite warmed up yet and ive taken a bath put warm shit on em and its been 5 hours since ive been skiing...

anyone got any suggestions? tip and tricks. chinese remedies? anything....

wel what you're suposed to do is not go skiing for a long time. because if you get it again (which is alot easier the second time), then if it's serious enough you may have to get it amputated.

i got black frost bite and all the skin on my feet came off and then all my toenails came off. some advice for you, dont be a pussy. tough it out.

i had it on my pinky finger in the middle of the season...

when i went out i just kept it in the middle of my glove and over a couple of weeks it went away. its a bitch tho

i got it in killy on my neck up to my chin, ur supposed to let it warm slowly, then theres this stuff you can buy thats a gel that you just put over it like a second layer of skin, its kind of a gross feeling but it lets you ski!...and besides that always keep it covered in cold weather

put some dermatone on or potroleum jelly to prevent it next time. but to cure it time works the best
