Ipod trouble

my ipod got fucked up the other day for no good reason but its not under warrenty anymore..does anybody know how i can get a new 1 for free or cheat apple out of 1 by lieing about whats wrong with it?

FUCK IPODS, my harddrive broke tonight, my older brothers harddrive broke 2 weeks ago, and my little brothers broke like 6 months ago. thats 3 out of 3 ipods that have had broken harddrives, so now there is only 1 that works in the family. luckily mine is stil under warantee, but my older brothers isnt so he might just have to buy a new one
