People will say drink tons of water, others will say that THC isn't water soluble.
Some will say to drink cranberry juice, some people will say pickle juice.
The best and really most realistic way is to just buy a de-tox kit form like GNC or super suppliments.

is detox that one drug that just makes u shit and puke like crazy. my friend was on that once. and somtimes u have to use it be4 surgery to clear out ur system. im not sure if it will wrk with drugs tho. ^^ ive heard about the cranberry juice thing tho. dont know if it wrks but its worth a try cuz cranberry juice is yummy

well dawg, how often do you smoke? because if you have a high tolerance and base level things are different. a non-smoker could smoke like a 1/4 blunt and be clean in a week, where as if someone who smokes a few times a day quit, they would be screwed for weeks. i think that unless you are literally too blazed to type this thread every minute of every day you are screwed, but i really doubt that it will take you longer than 2 or 3 weeks to be clean. but to help, i suggest you drink a lot of water, excercise, maybe go to a sauna, and go to a health food store, they usually have detox drink mix which will help too.

Just stop smoking for four days...if it is a piss test you will be fine...do not, I repeat do not waste time on so-called de-tox kits...they are a waste of money and have NO proven science beyond making you pee a lot. Just drink a lot of water (do not go overborad, you can kill yourself or become really sick if you are dumb and drink several gallons in a short amount of time)
Just drink some water, do not smoke any week for a few days and you are set - strght up truth
IF you have coke in your system it passes through in 48 hours
If it is a blood test, about two-weeks of not smoking is fine - do not worry
Trust me - I have never failed a test and was a power puffer for nearly a decade + I have a BS in Biology and am a CA certified Paramedic....
THC IS fat soluble...but piss tests are designed to only detect HIGH amounts of THC....they are specifically dewsigned not to give false positives (that cause more trouble for the tester than it is worth)

Wrong, I get tested on a monthly basis. I talked to the Physician at the hospital that told me directly to my face THC can stay in the system for up to 2 months, depending on fat, amount smoked, how recently and the frequency of use. THC will not be out of your system in 4 days, if you smoked more than a bowl. Get Niacin tablets. They are sold at any grocery store, and will get everything out of your system. Pop like 4 every night for 3 or 4 nights and you are golden.

But it does NOT show up on a piss test after a few days - this is not an arguement, this is how the tests work....blood tests/hair tests are different, but piss tests all work the same - if your a daily smoker it may take 4-7 days at the most
Yes, your doctor is correct, but the tests they use for general testing are not that accurate

yeah ^ crannberry juice. also, if you have a month, and its just weed dont even worry about it man. thats a long time weed gets out of your systerm like 28 days max and thats if you just sit on your ass all day, and if you arent fat then it should only take about 2 weeks.

Im not sure about that. The doctor told me that it may take that long for my PISS to come out clean. I assume you are not counting UA's as a standard piss test. I want to know how you know this, cus if that's true, than I am basically worry free.

funnily enough this guy is almost right.
THC is fat soluable(sp?) but you will have to drink water, it wont remove thc from your system but it will get rid of lots of other chemicals, that is not why you have to drink it though you have drink it to stay hydrated because you are going to sweat alot. what you want to do is break down some of your fat, you can littleraly sweat thc out of your system.
this is what i recomend (if you are in relatively good shape and have somewhat healthy habits to start with)
1:dont smoke, or whatever it is your doing till your test.
2: start a 4 day fast, after 3 days your body will kick into survival or fat burning mode, make sure you stay hydrated and take vitamins, a little bit of juice is alright but the sugar will give your body quick easy energy and slow down your bodys switch to fat energy.
3:sweat. you should start this at the same time as your fast and will be very low energy so watch out and stay hydrated. i recomend steam rooms or saunas,
4:after that fast you should have the urge to go stuff your self with fried chicken, dont. eat your normal diet but try to take out a good portion of the fat and sugar. start going for a run everyday and any other aerobic exercise push-ups and skipping. keep doing the sweat thing
buy the time your test comes around youll be cleaner than a bar of soap

the point of drinking water is not to flush the THC out yet to keep pissing just straight water. if you drink a gallon before the test and keep pissing it wont have time to go thruogh the natural process of turning yellow and picking up body chemicals. the water will enter the bladder, u will have to pee, keep drinking, enter bladder pee.
pickle juice is because vinegar will cover up the chemicals. just drink mass vinegar or pickle juice to make ur piss change chemical appearance.

The problem with drinking a lot of water before the test is if the testers see that the pee is diluted then they might reject the sample.
