How do I keep my arms down?

Whenever I spin, I just cant keep my leading arm down, which means reverse mutes and double safety's are impossible. Plus it looks weird.
How do I stop this? See below (sorry, shit picture)....

you have to put your arms downs to your side. it helps by putting them down.

i have had the same problem but just a couple of days ago i just commineted a thousand times harder than i usaly do and i did it so just make your self put thta hand on the skis

use your shoulders to spin, instead of your arms

How about on rails, I look like a flailing carp anytime I hit a rail.

Nice analogy!
Never attempted more than a 270 on or off so cant really tell. I might just duct tape my hands to my boots. Think that'll crack it! Cheers guys!

Just before you jump, like 2 seconds before, visualize you setting your spin and keeping your arms down. That's what I do, and it apparently works.

i got the exact same problem umm my friends said hat i was spinning to fast so my arm goes up to control myself so i tried spinning slower and it worked

take a belt and out it around your arms tha'll keep them down

get use to the grabs your are doing.

visualizing always helps. make sure your thikning about keeping your arms down.

just chillllllllll and listen to wierd music while you ski. OR, tie booster straps around your arms so your arms fall asleep and they just flop down with gravity!

sorry, I meant while on the rail, if I could do a 270 off flailing carp would be ok, but I need to look better on the rail
