Which hand do you grab with when you spin???

OK ... I need some help. I spin left and I almost always grab with my right hand and I think this may be what's leaving me short on my 7's (but in my opinion it looks more stylee).
Public opinion poll - do you grab with the hand to the side that you spin to or the other way around. It seems like grabbing with the hand to the side that you spin would leave your shoulders more open to the spin. Any thoughts???

If you spin left, it is supposed to be easier to grab with your right hand. When you grab left, AND spin left, it is called a reverse grab.

i think when spinnin to the left its easier to get a good grab with right hand in cause it slows you down more on 3s verses grabbin wit the left hand you spinnin quicker

u should be able to grab with both, but if you're just stating out, then just grab with whichever one feels most comfortable.

i don't know if someone alreay said it, nor do i care: if you spin left, as most people do, it is easiest to grab right...think of the physics, it opens your body to your rotation, if you grab and spin the same way (right and right like me, fuck the world) your body is close to the rotation and it fucks up your axis...just takes more practice to stay uncorked and what not.

whoa shit, I spin left grab left...but I'm right handed. It all doesn't make any sense to me. It just doesn't feel natural to grab with my right hand. But seeing as I've broken my thumb today on Mt. Hood...I will learn.

when I'm doing zero spins I grab with right, but when I spin (left) I grab left because if I try to grab right I fuck up my spins..
