Replying to Rainbow

has anyone done this
came on to a high rainbow and landed backfoot on the first part and slipped out at the top....well ya yesturday i did that and skrewed my head/ shoulder up cause i slipped out and its like 5 feet off the ground which isnt bad but i was coming in to fast and gapped the rest of the rail except for the last bit and landed on my head and got fucked over...anyone else have this happed cause its sucks and its scary as hell trying that rail again
