Boot choise descision?

kk some guy is selling my some 04/05 1080 salmon boots that are used for like 230 shipped USD...on the other hand i can go pick some 05/06 1080 boots new for just 290 canadian... should i just pay the extra cash because if i had to pay duty on those 04/05 boots since im canadian i could be paying the same price in the end for that boot as the 05/06 boot... reply thanks

also used boots are not a very good idea in my opinion becuz the cushioning is molded to another persons leg/foot nt urs new is always better
